1. Digital Service — No Physical Shipment
TestCrux is a fully digital exam preparation platform. We do not sell or ship any physical goods. All products offered on TestCrux — including mock tests, practice questions, analytics, CruxAI explanations, and CruxAI Pro subscriptions — are delivered electronically through your TestCrux account on the website and supported mobile experiences.
2. Delivery of CruxAI Pro
When you purchase a CruxAI Pro subscription, your entitlements are activated instantly upon a successful payment confirmation from our payment processor, Razorpay. In rare cases, activation may take up to a few minutes due to payment-gateway delays. If your payment has been debited but Pro features are not visible in your account after 30 minutes, please:
- Refresh the page or sign out and sign in again.
- Check your registered email inbox (including the Spam/Promotions folder) for a payment receipt.
- If the issue persists, contact us at contact@testcrux.com with your Order ID and Razorpay payment ID. We typically respond within 24 hours and resolve such issues within 48 hours.
3. Receipts & Invoices
A payment receipt is sent to your registered email address upon a successful transaction. A GST invoice (where applicable) is available on request — write to contact@testcrux.com with your Order ID, registered name, and (if applicable) GSTIN.
4. Service Area
TestCrux is accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. We price our services in Indian Rupees (INR) and primarily serve users located in India. Users outside India may experience differences in payment-method availability and currency conversion charges, which are determined by their bank or card issuer.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Since CruxAI Pro is delivered electronically and consumed in real time, refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
